Is anyone else just stuck in their current routine with their max weight not budging a fucking inch? What the fuck must I do FUCK I put so much dedication and time and I'm eating right and eating the right protein. Fucking hell my muscles ache. I must be focusing on weight only and not enough reps. Mabey change routine or deaload for a bit. I thought i hit this point once but i started to break through after a short deload.
Routine change helped me,jumped 10kg on bench.
