I do a fullbody routine, In wich I start working my arms and chest, then back, then core (abs, then obliqes, then abs again), after wich I do legs (squats) and then do abs again just beacuse.
Am I supossed to go like that? To start at the top of my body then going down? Or it doesnt matter.?

I do push on M/W, pull on T/T then legs and sprint work on friday.
