I do Full body 3x a week, and since the shoulders are small muscles and propably not the most important ones, I just do one exercise for the rear delts on the first day, one exercise for side delts on second day, and a press for the front delt on the third day. Is that enough? Honestly, I can't add any more exercises in my routine, I already do 8-9 exercises per session balls to the walls.

Monday:
- Deadlifts. 5x2
- Barbell rows. 4x6
- Incline bench(30 degrees). 5x5
- Decline bench. 3x8
- Leg press. 4x6
- Rear delt flyes. 3x8-10
- French press. 3x8
- Incline curls. 3x8-10
- Cable crunches. 3x20

Thursday:
- Flat bench. 5x5
- Incline bench(45 degrees). 4x6
- Underhand pulldowns. 3x8
- Seated rows. 3x8
- Leg extensions. 3x8-10
- Cable side laterals. 3x8-10
- Dips. 4x6
- Preacher curls. 3x10
- Calf raises. 3x8-10

Saturday:

- Squats. 5x2
- Incline dumbbell press. 5x5
- Decline dumbbell press. 3x8
- Shoulder dumbbell press. 3x8
- Underhand barbell rows. 4x6
- One-arm high rows. 3x10
- Tricep pullovers. 4x6
- Hammer curls. 3x8

No shrugs because my traps are overdeveloped.
