60-70g dark rye bread.

Up to 100g milk (total) in one or two large cups of coffee.

I use whatever seeds I have available if I do have any. Sunflower is cheap with a bit of protein. Usually use soy milk cause I don't tolerate much cow milk.

It's all in the pan u use. If u buy an actually decent non-stick pan its so easy. Make sure to never use metal spatulas & avoid scratches in ur pantry by putting a piece of paper towel on the top of it. It'll last forever and is an amazing thing

Even that abstract admits that studies are hard to perform and that there are many other factors that may contribute.

There is nothing conclusive here at all and yet you go on like eating eggs is 100% guaranteed heart death.
