Gym mistakes

Pretty awkward so I just bring my own towel and don't out my sweaty legs on the ground.

it didn't strangle him or anything, stopped about 18" off the ground so he was fine

i felt like an ass but why did he go from 405 to 425 and not something a bit more reasonable after saying 405 was pretty tough?
