if you want big shoulders you just need VOLUME. and not little, but like 10 sets. shoulders blow up with insane volume.
you don't need anything other than any kind of press for front, lat raises for side and face pulls or rear flies for rear delts.
do each of those for 10 sets and like 20-50 reps and in 6 months you will have cannon ball delts

every shoulder press machine i've ever used was basically a really high incline press. they never get the angle right
if you want to do shoulder press with a machine do it with the smith machine and a veritcal bench
