I've been going to sleep at 3-4am lately and waking up around 12-1pm. I'm sick of this schedule and want to fix it since morning is my favorite part of day. Should I stay awake till around 6pm then go to sleep and wake up at around 6am-8am ( I assume i'll sleep atleast 12 hours ) . How detrimental would this be to my health(assuming i'm gonna be fueled by caffeine? Would I be able to do my workout as planned? I've done stuff like this before but I was not very health conscious then. I remember sleeping for like 20 hours one time I really hope that doesn't happen

I cant fall asleep 5 hours before I usually do. Its hard enough to fall asleep at 3am, I usually then listen to asmr untill it induces me into sleep.

Push your sleep time 1.5 hours per day. Eventually you'll end up sleeping at normal hours again. This takes a while but is the safest method, and the one method which is guaranteed to work.

I do this all the time because working nights for 9 years fucked up my circadian rythm permanently. It's pure torture now that i want to work daytime and function in society.
