Aside from back squats, what other squat variations do you/feel are necessary?

none , do heavy low bars, then do pullups, bench, rows, deadlifts, ohp, curls, neck harness. lat raise. why do another squat when low bar is the best squat. Just do more low bar
what can i do to work out my glutes if i don't feel like doing squats cus i feel super stiff to get low

low bar, high bar, and front are probably all you need. Maybe belt squats if you're lazy and just want some leg work in

I like do do wide stance/sumo squats, it's easier to get to parallel for a tallfag like me and also puts more emphasis on your glooties.
As far as a non-squat ass exercise, try donkey kicks or barbell hip thrusts.

Front squats, zercher squats, pin squats, etc. You should always rotate exercises
