I'm gonna starting 'lean' bulking soon(in a month or so) and I was wondering if any of you lean bulk lads can give me some advice so I won't get fat again and have bitch hips. Mostly advice on how much to increase my calories by and if I should eat on a surplus on rest days too

I mean it doesnt look like much but i went from 205 to 225 im about 4-5 months, I just ate a lot of Bratwurst on workout days and porkchops on restdays, just take a rest day every other day and scale back the cardio. Hop on a good hypertrophy routine, I'll respond more if I get a (you)

That means eat a slight to moderate caloric surplus instead of 6000 calories + GOMAD so you gain close to the maximum amount of muscle you can naturally gain while putting on little fat.
