eh I take my dog on long walks on Sundays when I'm not at the gym just to get outside and do something. It's not a LOT of exercise, but it's exercise.

It is exercise and its a good alternative to running since fat people won't destroy their joints.
If there's a problem with walking its when fat people think its a substitute for a good diet.

Fat people shouldn't even train. You get lean by walking and dieting.

Once you're lean, then your train.

I'm 176lbs at 16% and I walk as exercise every day but I walk at a quick pace and I carry weight in a back pack to justify the legitimacy of walking to myself.
