never gonna make it. If youre a beginner focus on looks later, get stronger first.

that doesnt mean you cant split body parts though. There are programs out there like ppl that arent total full body routines like SS or SL but also wouldnt be called a brosplit. Just do a proven routine until youre experienced enough to program your own
