so i just moved to vietnam for work and i need to change the way i eat, adapt to the lifestyle here. bun noodles, rice based, count same as rice? anybody /fit/ in vietnam with advice for me? should i avoid soy sauce and fish sauce??
pic related: bun cha, i can eat this daily nooo problem, tasty af. grilled pork in a soup, with bun noidles and assorted vegetables
Should be good. Their diet did after all produce warriors powerful enough to defeat the USA.
yeah but everybody is thin af, 0 muscle mass low protein in general even though most food has a main meat component, the proportion meat rice is like 20meat - 60rice -20 vegetables. portions are way smaller than what im used to eat back in europe. im guessing just by adding some chicken i might fill my protein needs.
