This, you dont want a very physical jobs. It will only provide injuries, overuse issues, and it fucks up your recovery. A semi-physical jobs can be beneficial, where you only move a bit, but nothing heavy.

You get energy from being semi active without tiring yourself, and you get social gains from interacting with people all day. Usually you also got close to the nearest gym, and being more presentable gives you an edge over your peers.
