Explain this to me.
The end of week 5 of Couch to 5k has you running for 20 mins.
Week 6 has you back running at slower intervals. Then at the end of it you're running 25 mins.
Shouldn't week 6 continue the 20 min solid run for the first 2 workouts and then add the extra 5 mins for a total of 25 mins at the 3rd and last?
It seems counterproductive to make your way up to 20 mins of running and then go back to baby steps.

Probably a recovery stage. Running is hard on the body
