I've done keto 3 times in my life and lost a bunch of weight every time. But I gain it back because I hate my life. Currently doing it again and started forcing myself to eat a salad for every meal alongside the meat I was eating, because eating only meat is not the proper way to do the diet even if it's easy.
I'm surprised by how few calories salads have. 3 cups of some shitty lettuce+carrots+other shit salad is 65 calories. That fills up an entire plate. That is fucking insane to me.
