guy on the left looks like he has a permanently dislocated shoulder. probably has mild scoliosis
guy on the right is probably a neuro-retard with no scapular control, probably pulling his shoulders back without actually meaning to. + no thoracic extension whatsoever, probably from being in a fetal position for long hours everyday. also looks like he has posterior pelvic tilt. if he learned how to expand and contract his ribcage and implement this in his workouts he would add size to his upper torso. that plus delts and pecs would turn him into a normal person, and then he would build from that :)
but yeah the guy on the left would look godlike if he lifted seriously, bodybuilding etc even calisthenics, he does have advantages but remember, most of your excuses are products of your lack of self-respect and laziness.
