anybody got any tips on lowering blood pressure.
lately mines been at 140/71
or 131/70
my diet is egg whites, spinach, bananas and oatmeal.
i'm 5'10 147lbs. my doctor doesn't think its a big deal since it averages around 130ish but idk man.

Your doctor is shit, average should never be above 130 for healthy person if it's 130ish he should really check you out properly. My doctor already prescribed me some mild stuff when my average was 131 and told me to take it whenever my pressure went above 150. Anyway lower salt intake, don't add any salt to anything.

Unironically do cardio, my blood pressure is sub 100 and it's cause I walk a lot and do a decent amount of running

Intense isometric work causes blood occlusion which raises BP extraordinarily high
Add it into your workouts and your resting BP will drop
Just don't pass out
