It might just be placebo, but I feel smarter and grasping certain concepts in mathematics and programming seems a lot easier now.
Damn shame I waited until after college to lose weight.

How to get into sudoku? I tried some time ago but I couldn't get past easy ones. Always had a little trouble with abstracting numbers, much easier for me to go for humanities and writing. I've been meaning to read at least a book every two weeks, alternating fiction and philosophy/technical matters. Going for Aristotle's Rhetoric as of now, next up is Kerouac's On The Road and after that I have Von Clausewitz's On War lined up.

I started sudoku while playing Mass Effect Andromeda, they progress in difficulty through the game so you can see your sudoku gains pretty quick.
