I was doing deadlifts about 2 days ago at the gym and after that my back has been sore and stiff since, i tried rolling it out and stretching it and it only temporarily felt better but its now gotten to the point where i cant bend over. How can i fix this?

Stretch your back, hips and legs, especially your hamstrings.
Go for walks
Do some light ab and back exercises
Do some deadhangs
Lay on your stomach
If you take it really seriously, sleep on hard floor and not your matress.

You probably tried to lift too heavy a weight with poor form. If it's genuine pain your experiencing and not just stiffness go to a doctor.
It's been 2 days. Wait about a week if you went really hard. I got back to lifting after taking entire summer off, and 'tried' (bombed) my old lifts. My legs and back are so dead it hurts to move. But I know it'll be okay in 5-7 days.
I'm thinking your form probably slipped up when you were pushing it (or could've been trash to begin with but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt). Form is so so important in the deadlift
Take it easy until your back is 100%. No squats no deadlifts no rows or OHP nothing that could potentially fuc your shit up with bad form. Then take a step back. Drop the weight significantly and examine your form.
I only get backpain when I cock up my form trying to cut corners
