how I stop being such an addict?
literally almost every thing I do is some form of addiction. I'm pretty sure I have "addictive personality" or whatever but I don't know if that's a real thing.
All I know is as soon as something gives me the slightest amount of pleasure I become immediately addicted and do it to unhealthy levels. be it working out , caffeine, video games, fapping, 4chan

Basically do you have absolutely no control over anything? That seems absurd, you're not squatting in a trench with a cigarette in one hand and vodka in the other, so you're capable of at least some small amount of self-control.
Look at your behavior and try to be a little bit better. If you can do that, you can learn to trust yourself
