I work a tough manual labor job work out 5x a week and still have insomnia. No caffiene after 6 and no electronics after 8 and still lie awake all night. Tried all the meme pills like melatonin. Its affecting my gains. I have a dr appointment tomoro just wanted /fit/s thoughts on sleeping pills

mindfulness training to remove the excess thoughts helps, managed to get the last 2 days of my last shitty workweek where I had to get up at 5,30 am, with somewhat more proper sleep. And yes it will affect your gain. I had so much cortisol that my stomach gained fat, even though the rest of my body is on very low BF.

kind of related, you reckon itd be worthwhile to run a full on tren, test etc cycle and just do 5 days a week manual labour you'd probably get pretty juicy right and be the best damn labourer on site

I cut it completely and replace it with one green tea in the morning, another one at noon on work days. The caffeine curve of the is about 8 hours. So by 20h00, I'm good to sleep.
