5'7 manlet, went from 193 to 149 lbs during those 7 months, still losing though. DL (315 x 1, 285 x5) and squat (225 - 230 3x5) are probably going to drop even further than 5 lbs, they feel so much harder now.

I can kind of see an Adonis belt starting to show, and my abs are coming out, first time seeing either in my life which is a gud feel.
