I'm currently on a cut and started doing alternative day fasting and have been seeing some nice results. My only question is on non fasted days should I eat at my TDEE or at TDEE-500?

Studies have shown that fasting preseves muscle
Being at a normal deficit does not have any special properties such as that.

If you're fasting the eat to satiety.
You'll still lose weight. Because you won't eat anywhere near double the calories on a single day
For example: suppose your TDEE is 2000. For two days that's 4,000 calories.
Even if you manage to consume 3,000 calories on your feeding day, you're still at a net loss of -500
