whats the best way to figure out body fat percentage?

extremely shameful bump.
not really sure what the best way to calculate body fat % is. ive heard a few methods but some are just confusing and im sure not precise at all

the absolute best way is to get a dexascan. chances are there are plenty of radiology spots near you that have these. they're costly, but they literally see right through you to tell how much of what you're made of.
