I've lost weight everywhere except my chest. It still has a saggy look to it. What's the deal /fit/? I thought gyno was tissue under the nipples? Mine doesn't seem like that. Just fat around the edges. But I'm not losing it. This is discouraging as fuck

Bro I have the same issue. Ive gotten down to like7 % and my nips would still be puffy yet id have a set of washboard abs. Either thats the way your nipples look and you cant help it, or you hold losse skin there now from weight loss, or you have minor gyno. Is there a tender spot under it?
