How many minutes do you wait before going to next exercise/machine?
>>42245864
very rarely waiting doing nothing
if im not destroyed by a set, i immediately put any equipment away and wipe + spray the sweat off equipment, move on to next one. maybe i don't hit next one immediately tho

So how short does that make your daily gym session? Less than 40 minutes?

However long I feel like

90s between giant sets. gets in conditioning as well and you're done quicker. might take a week or two to adapt, but it doesnt decrease your lifts.

exactly 94 seconds. i'm not even kidding
Arnold doesn't wait.

Arnold took so many steroids that if an lizard ate him it would turn into godzilla

>machine
3-5min can tell by heartbeat and how fatigued the muscle group is from last set
Ten minutes after a top set, six to seven otherwise. Except density sets, which are thirty seconds.

Heavy compounds - 3 to 5 minutes
Heavy isolations - 1 to 2 minutes
Volume/Low weight exercises - 45 seconds to 1 minute
>>42246585
>10minutes
no way you're still actually warm after 10min
>>42246610
powerlifters regularly have rest periods of 5-10 minutes between work sets.
Heavy 5x5's (all I do pretty much) 5-7min.
