I've been doing IF recently and after 5 days I no longer as hungry. I havent eaten for 16 hours and feel no hunger/urge to eat. Are there any benefits if I lower my eating window down to 4 hours? I'm doing IF because it helps me eat fewer calories on my cut.

I'm currently doing 23/1 OMAD and losing a lot of visceral bodyfat, especially around the waist.
Only water, coffee, and black tea during fasts, with Stevia based sweetener.
I experimented with Prolonged Fasting and got to 4.5 days before I almost fainted at the gym while doing deadlifts (my own fault).
I'm now trying a 44/4 two-day cycle and finding the fasting portion getting easier each time I do it.
