No pain no gain? Fuck you!

So, once again I started to pump iron. I'm a skinny fag, so my set is light, and I mostly use bench, I guess I just like it, it's comfortable, universal, etc.
So anyway, I think I over did it.
The next day I felt nothing and went to jog as I always do (Im skinny, not lazy).
On the second day, my triceps started to hurt.
On the third day, I could barely bend my arms, the pain was paralising, i used pain killer cream. Pectorial muscless started to hurt but on a normal level. The biceps still show no sign of pain.
Today is fourth day, triceps hurt less.

Anyway, I'm no expert, but I think that anyone who says one should keep pumping iron when in pain, is a cunt.

Pain is a warning mechanism, not something that's stupid & made up.

If everyone says to Chester Bennington yourself, will you do it?

Look at what people say and take most of it with a grain of salt and think for yourself

What is pain, then? I feel pain when I reach my limit at running. But I don't stop.
Pain I described I started to feel long after the training.

When your muscle is damaged it hurts, it grows back bigger. You have to give it time to heal right, feed yourself what it needs to grow. I have never had pain for more then 3 days, after 3 days of real bad pain you should start exercising again. It won't hurt as much next time, I hope I don't need to explain why.

But your situation isn't bad, when your legs are in pain it's hard to walk and function, especially if you have a job.

Also, don't incapacitate yourself for days after just because you want to go hard. You have to keep a balance. Pain let's you know your doing something, lots of pain isn't bad but you have to give yourself more recovery time.

Yeah bro, it's tough starting out. Honestly for the first year I wouldn't even use equipment. Just your own body weight, your muscles don't know what to do with all that damage anyway. Once you condition them with routine, they will grow better with less pain. I hope that makes sense. Your body learns to process the protein and stuff better to heal and build the muscle.

All working out and getting ripped is about training your bodies healing and recovery system. You should focus on turning yourself into a healing machine before you focus on serious gains.
Keep up the routine and teach your body to heal efficiently that will lead to getting ripped.

You're retarded, there's a difference between pain from soreness and actual pain.
You always ignore pain from soreness or DOMS but never ignore real pain.
>>
Huh? I squatted heavy yesterday with sore legs and felt fine. I think it feels pretty good to stretch and activate sore muscles
