Chris Evans is the brother-in-law of some guy I know. I've talked to the guy and Captain America/Chris Evans is in good shape, but that look is unrealistic. The movie directors have him cut weight by just having little-to-no water before filming and he also works out a shit ton immediately before filming a scene.
