I usually just throw my veggies in with my rice when it's about 2/3 cooked. Gives it a nice steam since the rice absorbed most of the water already.
Making tater tot hot dish with beyond meat for lunches Monday and Tuesday.
Making some roasted potatoes, beans, spinach, peppers, and salsa for dinner. Mix it all together. Shits good. Might add cheese if I have leftover from the tater tot shit.
I worked on this yesterday, and today.
I made some breakfast burritos last night and they in the freezer. Totes gonna use parchment paper next time to separate them though, they stick together and break when attempting to separate.
