What the actual fuck do I do now? I used to be 300lbs and am currently 185 and still cutting but I haven't worked out in a while. Should I even bother working out at this point while still cutting?
Will I make noob gains even on a deficit?
How much more cutting do I need to do, I'm thinking another 15 lbs.
I don't really want to be a sperg and post a thread but I've heard so much conflicting info in various threads and my body is in a very weird place. I just want to stop cutting into a skelly and work towards being fit

Definitely lift weights. You'll get noob gains even in a fairly severe calorie deficit (though I wouldn't recommend going very low).

The increased muscle mass will make fat loss easier with increased BMR.

But more than that, it will fill out your frame a bit. Give you some pectoral muscle shapes instead of just having fat and loose skin hanging from your chest. You'll look far far better with a little more muscle.

I have def gyno, I lost weight early enough to really avoid loose skin

My deficit isn't too severe. I still eat at most 1500 cals
