help a beginner please /fit/ im sorry if the n00bness of my questions offends you, i just have a few doubts.
i read the guide and i have a few doubts:
- regarding diet should i start by cutting fat or bulking? im confused sorry about how to start
-i dont have acces to a gym, but i can order a metal workshop to make a proper barbell with weights (metal workshops are very cheap where i live). i need to diy my equipment basically: how many kg should i start lifting with? how can i be sure to lift the right amount in the beginning?
-does working out in the morning after a quick random fruit and then having meal work aswell as eating 2hrs or so before workout?
it works best for me if i can get it done in the morning.
about my current shape, similar to the picture but i did gymnastics, had an accident 5years ago so i stopped. totally fell out of shape.

Ask the metal shop to fab you a 50 lb barbell and 2 plates of 2.5, 5, 10, and 25
Then ask them to make 6 45 lb plates
Get a bench and a power rack and youre good to go for a while
