Let's take a minute to really think about why we lift and how we came to the conclusion that a gym was necessary for our goals.
>not wanting to be a fat fuck anymore
>getting in better shape because you know it's comfy to be muscular
>live in a bad neighborhood and making yourself stronger as part of self-defense
>lifting heavy things is fun
>want some cheap pussy for funsies
>Mexican
>want to improve performance in a sport
>want daily life to be easier
>boredom and at least it's not alcoholism r-right?

I think we all lift for a mix of these things. Every single one.
