Hello /fit, I would like some advice on how to build bigger calves. ATM mine are dyel mode, so I would like to know which exercises are good and which are bad.

100 calve raises everyday for a month barefoot. Hold at top for 1-2 sec. There's a T-nation article about this somewhere.
