Yea, it works well

The only thing is can affect your glucose levels so if you are going in for fasting blood work don't use this in the morning

Other than that, this is a good thing to use if you need help with bp, digestion, or even during intense fasting periods you can add a tablespoon and drink it 2-3 times a day

Works pretty good, my skin is clearer since I started washing my face with it. I drink it too because it's supposed to be good for gut flora health.

give it a try, I've had friends that use it for fasting and says it helps, it gave me diarrhea though, so I think it depends on the person
