I am 23 years old and I started doing bodyweight program for 2/3 weeks at home.The reason I am doing le reddit bodyweight program is because i can do it a t home and I know I can manage doing this for an hour at home instead of going to the gym 3x a week.

I am skinnyfat, have nearly no muscles and most of it is fat. Should I keep bulking or get lean first with low body%.

If I want to lose bodyfat can I still do the bodyweight exercises while being in a calorie deficit or should I just focus on losing weight and ignore muscle exercise.

I also do daily stretches that should eventually fix my posture.

Please help this dyel.

That's really it, I had shat caloric intake consistency and an unstable lifestyle. But I stopped smoking tabacco,weed, or vape. Combined with biking my lung capacity is almost back to normal.

I started at 255, made it to 199, now I'm back up to 215 or so, at 6'1''. My goal is husbando/THICC mode, so I feel like I never want to be below 200 again.
Am I just way bigger (fatter) than I realize? I don't have body dis morphia yet, as every day I am literally the best I have ever looked.

You have fairly wide hips but overall look aesthetic. To fix your shape and get a nice v-taper, you need to focus heavily on lats and obliques. Shoulders/chest help this a lot, but your shoulders are already your strong point, whereas your lats and obliques are slacking. What's your routine like? the staple of my routine is 1 arm pull up progression
so I do different kinds of pullups 3 times a week.
archer pullups, 1 arm negatives, uneven pullups etc.
all of these on rings btw.
then I do some muscleups, some dips, and I work on other stuff like back lever, front lever, plus some ab work like L-sits.
handstand pushups once or twice a week, planche progression once or twice a week, Turkish get ups pretty often
I also do some light resistance band
work, just for tendon strength and rotator cuff stability.
