How come most of the big guys I see at the gym are doing bro splits? I tell them that I am doing Starting Meme TM by Mark Rippletits and they have no fucking idea what I am talking about. No one of them even goes below 8 reps. They all train in the 8-16 rep range.
I know, I know but muh roids. I have some good friends that I am 100% positively sure that they dont take roids and its the same thing with them. They do splits and get good gains. Im starting to think high weight is a meme and you should just focus on time under tension and high rep ranges.

it's just evident that there is not only 1 way to gain muscle mass, and that brosplits are quite efficient as long as you eat enough.
