If your squat is that far behind your bench you should really consider running a novice program template just for your Squats.
It will help bring your squat up to where it should be in comparison to your bench.
So if your doing a body part split or something right now 5 days a week, keep on doing that, but add in Squats using novice template, like m/w/f and do those squats on your unrelated body part days, preferably at the very start of your session.
So if you do typical chest day Monday just do some 5x5 squats at the start of the session, then go onto your normal chest day routine. Do that on Wednesday/Friday aswell with your Back day and Arms day.
It won't take long for your squat to be where it should be if you do that.
