not sure if this has come up before but i had a good workout earlier and took in a good protein shake with some frozen fruits and greens and later on proceeded to get drunk and puked up in the toilet what appeared to be some berry puree...now im just worried that the shake didn't digest fully in the about 4-5 hours in between taking it and yacking.
any advice?

Drinking completely nullified your workout so it doesn't matter

Drinking impairs protein synthesis and is generally bad for you, but it won't absolutely kill your gains. I'm slavic, drink 3-4 days per week and I got to 1/2/3/3,5 in half a year. Don't you worry.
