I'm a guy. Very bottom heavy. I have long legs, a phantasmic hip region, and an awkwardly short upper body. Tall, thin built, but with shoulders. Are lats my only option? I don't want to build a mansion, but I'd like to fix my outline. Diet doesn't seem to be the proper solution, and I'm not trying to leave DYEL mode. I'm just tired of pulling up jeans and pulling down shirts in order to disguise my pelvic region. (I'm flipphone so pic whompwhomp). I hate /fa/ and I'd like to fix this by taking real action.

No solution but I'm in a similar situation and you definitely want to be low body fat and avoid training legs too much since they seem to grow like crazy
