the only reason these idiots don't get hurt as much is because they are lifting relatively low weights

If it weren't for the price tag, I'd seriously consider doing this just because the HIIT aspect seems like you can drop weight quicker. that plus the class/team mentality would make it easier to stick to

but in the end the ego of everyone ive met that does crossfit and the price tag was more than enough to leave it alone
