Now I know it's not just me. Every SINGLE time I put a cup of all bran in my shake I shit out everything I ate in the past fucking month.

At times, almost uncontrollably. I'm making this thread after having to run to the toilet because loud music was loosening up my bowels.

It's a really good source of iron and gives me energy over a long time, but god damn I feel my bodily control being tested every time I have the stuff.
