I want to build my cardiovascular endurance back up after a 6 month hiatus from running. I used to run 10-15 miles a week and hated it. Will a rowing machine be as good for my cardiovascular endurance as running?

Swimming is better I agree but its a lot easier to stick to riding a bike in my experience. Easier on newbies, 1000% more scenery.

>OP wants to cardiovascular endurance
>used to run
>better switch from a high impact cardio such as cardio to a low impact cardio
>so this goy could buy an ergometer he totally needs
>oy vey!
if you aren't old or injured, switching from high to low impact cardio literally doesn't make sense. swimming is even an improvement on running as far as joint health is concernet.
nice try, jew.
