CP and DS could be used as tools, but for sure they are not an excuse for your inability to properly program volume and different intensity on major multi-joint exercises.

aaand that's the final nail in the coffin. I'm even skipping on some meme ranges and a few other things.

I'd ditch cable crunches for either ab-wheel, dragon flags or isometric planks (there are varying degrees of difficulty for all of them)
I'd ditch leg extension and include a different deadlift
other than that, it's better than expected
