Shoulders is not wrong, but not paying attention to traps and neck won't do you any favours. Also, remember that, because you're used to seeing your head compared to the rest of your body when your body was so much bigger, you may *think* you're big headed without being actually big headed. A lot of fatties feel that way. I know for sure I did, but I was always big headed (i.e. my body never concealed it).
