Do Fat Gripz work?
Have you noticed any forearm gains?

I'm interested in knowing if knurling fucks them up long-term. I just got mine, and I want them to last.
Knurling shouldn't hurt them because they shouldn't spin against the knurling
they will make your grip stronger but they won't do shit for forearm size
most of your forearm mass comes from your wrist flexors, wrist extensors, and brachioradialis. Growing your finger flexors hardly does anything
Wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, reverse grip barbell curls, wrist roller, and hammer curls are what you want

They're the Fit Tea of the fitness equipment industry.
They'll help with making your grip stronger, but so will farmer's walks, wrist curls, and just doing timed dead-hangs from a bar. Waste of money when you can buy some foam pipe insulation, cut it to size, and wrap it in duct tape.

Not really. You exert differently depending on how closed or open your fingers are

They work in the same way a fat bar works, to strengthen your grip. Use these on a deadlift
or row and prepare to be humbled.
But no they won't give you joocy forearms. That's just normie broscience used to sell a product.

No, consider the muscles which control you fingers, and then think about that again.
The wider grip just makes it harder.
It makes it harder by not allowing your to get your fingers under the bar, thereby forcing you to hold it with friction. That's a simplification, but the principles at play are correct.
Because it makes it harder, it works forearms more. Which is the goal of the item.

how about farmers walk?
Should I throw these on my BB rows if I'm plateauing due to cheating with my wrist at the end of the rep?

yes do them, they're great
