You sound like a teenage girl, the fact of the matter is there are average, out of shape bodies EVERYWHERE. So if someone is kind of frumpy it's not something noticeable nobody even sees you. Now if you're in really good shape or super jacked that will draw attention or if you're like morbidly obese at the beach people will notice but anything inbetween literally just blends into the background.

That's about "average" hair among Whites.
You got a bit high..near your neck, but just shave it off so it is level with the bottom of your shoulders.

The real problem, of course, is your total lack of musculature, and your cross-country mode body.
