Hey /fit/ I've been doing the Texas Method for alittle bit and I've made some serious strength gains and size. I've added some accessories and shit bc I know if I follow Rippletitties program to the dot I'll be severely disproportionate.
Anyway I was wondering if there's anything I can add to the bench days so I can really pound my chest. I know Rippledicks programs basically ignore the chest with huge emphasis on lower body. And I naturally have a large lower body and my upper half is decent. I would abandon the program but I'm making gains across the board so I want to stay with it. Anyway what can I do to help develop my chest in this program.
>TLDR: What can I add to my program to help develop my tiddys
>Couldn't fit whole program in screenshot but Squat ID is basically the same accessories as Squat VD

Add 5x5 @70% of 5RM spoto bench or pause bench on Tuesday after the OHP and bench 5RMs
What does your Friday look like? Post it please.
Why are the chin-ups after deadlifts?
Also drop the front raises, you're hitting your front delts too much. Do facepulls instead

Thats the Turkish Method

I don't do them in that order because my gym is small so I just go on to whatever is avaliable next
>here's friday
why dont you stop using some retarded method and learn anatomy and actually learn how to powerlift and make a program tailored to yourself

Hey, fuck you
>>42233494
No, I mean why isn't it on bench and OHP days
Also, why didn't you write DL as 5RM but as 1x5 instead?
>>42233735
Because I'd be too exaughsted from squat for a true max so I just do about 90-95% and I don't have enough time to do deadlift on OHP and Bench days

>I don't have enough time to do deadlift on OHP and Bench days
I meant CHINUPS on OHP days
>no time
bs. Superset your lat raises with triceps and you'll make time

The point of the lack of upper body volume is because it would hinder your bench gains, TM is about getting stronger more so than gaining significant muscle mass
