Dude in 6 months I could easily gain or lose 50 lbs.
That's only 2 lbs a week, which is only a small stretch above what the average person could gain or lose (about 1.3lbs) from doing absolutely nothing, but eating or walking.

Your body will tell you if you're not eating enough. You'll feel fatigued, sleepy, hungry, be losing weight drastically.
When I want to lose weight, I test the waters the first week. If i'm not hungry when I wake up in the morning I'm eating too much.
