When is the optimal time to do running if you want to avoid muscle loss? In the morning, after a workout or some other time?

Unless you do cycling for 3 hours every day, it shouldn't affect your gains much. You would have to compensate for it by eating more though.

Depends how long you run. Cortisol levels can increase after long leriods of running and destroy muscle. I think it takes about 2 hours of running. Im oversimplifying this tho
